Frontify manages the brand. Mate produces with it
Frontify is the platform for brand guidelines and digital asset management. Mate is the creation hub that turns those rules into finished content. The two complement each other; Mate integrates Frontify.
Frontify
Brand platform with guidelines, DAM and collaboration: the source of truth for logo, colours, fonts and assets.
Mate
AI Creation Hub: templates, AI images from your own visual world, AI text and Brand Validation Agent. Takes the rules and produces social posts, ads, print and more.

When Mate is the better choice
- The brand is documented but teams still produce off-brand
- You need new content continuously, not just management of existing assets
- AI images should fit the brand, not look generic
When Frontify is enough
- You mainly need central documentation and management of the brand
- Content continues to be produced by an agency or in-house design
Mate and Frontify together
Mate integrates Frontify: assets and brand rules from Frontify flow into templates and image styles, finished assets from Mate land back in the DAM.
